1. The gift card can be redeemed by buying online only and for 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. The gift card will be provided to the customer as a coupon code that will be sent by e-mail.

3. You can receive a refund on an unused gift card minus a 5% transaction cancellation fee, or a refund on a partially redeemed gift card minus a 5% cancellation fee on the amount remaining unredeemed for two years from the date of purchase.
