Shipments
The delivery will arrive at your home within 6 business days (not including the day of the order). Shipping costs NIS 25. For purchases over NIS 299, shipping will be free.
There may be delays in the arrival of the messenger if it is in remote settlements: Eilat, the Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line and the Golan Heights area. We undertake to deliver the shipment up to 10 business days in the places mentioned above.
Availability of the customer - the shipping company will try to contact the customer for 3 days, if there is no response the shipment will return to our warehouses. In such a case, you can pay for a new shipment to send the package to you again or get a refund for the purchased products (without a refund for the shipping cost).

Returning an item
Returning an item will be possible within 14 business days of receiving the shipment, you can receive a full monetary credit minus 5% or NIS 100 cancellation fee (whichever is lower). An item return will only be given to a product that is in its complete and original packaging and that has not been used in any way.
In the case of returning an order where shipping is free, the refund will be given minus the shipping fees for the return itself.
Credit for a returned item will be given for the price of the item and not for the shipping cost.

Returning items:
You can choose between 3 options-
1. Credit to the site for the cost of the item - you can reach us for return in Herzliya by appointment 0545563322 or receive the credit to the site with a reduction of the shipping fee (25 NIS) and a courier will come to pick up the item.
2. Refund of the item (minus 5% credit cancellation fee) - at a cost of NIS 25 shipping fee for the return service.
3. Come to our studio by appointment and make a return/exchange. Can be arranged by phone

Swimwear and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Health
No credit or refund will be given for items bought as part of the 1+1 sale. It is possible up to two weeks from the date of purchase to exchange a product for another product in the amount purchased with a shipping cost of NIS 25
Giftcard:
1. The gift card can be redeemed by buying online only and for 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. The gift card will be provided to the customer as a coupon code that will be sent by e-mail.
3. You can receive a refund on an unused gift card minus a 5% transaction cancellation fee, or a refund on a partially redeemed gift card minus a 5% cancellation fee on the amount remaining unredeemed for two years from the date of purchase. The refund will be made by crediting the payment method through which the purchase was made on the website only. It is not possible to receive a refund in any other way.
